BIOGRAPHY

Andrea Gregoriade started her training in ballet at the young age of four in her birthplace, Nicosia, Cyprus. She continued to pursue ballet and also started experimenting with contemporary dance by the age of ten. Her hard work and dedication paid off when, at the age of 15, she was selected for the Cyprus Youth Ballet led by Oxana Petrou and Annita Hadjieftychiou. Andrea continued to perform in local shows, perfecting her craft in ballet and contemporary dance while also dancing Hip Hop and Commercial with Creativity MegaCrew. Andrea's exceptional performance with Creativity MegaCrew earned the team first place in the Hip Hop International Association Competition. Her talent and dedication led her to perform in prestigious venues like the Korzo Theatre in the Netherlands and the Rambert Theatre in the UK for renowned choreographers Ed Wubbe and Ayumi Kikaya. In 2018, Andrea moved to New York to further her career and attended the Independent Study Program at Steps on Broadway. She also assisted Julia Carter in teaching contemporary classes during this time.  Andrea's hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and she gained a scholarship to attend the Boston Conservatory at Berklee in Massachusetts, where she is currently completing her BFA in Contemporary Dance Performances. Andrea also assists in teaching classes for the Commercial Hip-Hop Dance Club. Her talent has been showcased in notable performances at the Berklee Performance Center, including John Legend's 'All of Me' performance and as the main dancer for the Berklee Beyonce Ensemble. Andrea has also showcased her own choreography with '(un)fix U and 'Do I turn Away'. She has also created two short dance films, 'Escapism' and 'Inner Peace.' These films showcase Andrea's talent not only as a dancer but also as a choreographer and filmmaker.
